How to do a Seat-of-Your-Pants Saddle Stitch Binding
This is the second in my binding tutorial series. This is not a proper saddle stitch binding, but rather a quick stitch binding that you can use in a pinch.
Make sure your pages are cut to the height you want and twice the width.
Fold the pages in half.
Thread the needle and pierce through the fold from the inside about a third of the way from the bottom of the paper.
Pierce through the fold from the outside at approximately the middle.
Pierce through the fold from the inside a third from the top of the paper. Then reenter the middle hole from the outside. Then reenter the bottom hole from the inside and tie off. Hooray! You made a fast and dirty saddle stitch!
